If your calculator is in the in warranty period, and it requires servicing, please follow these instructions:
Your calculator qualifies for warranty servicing if its in warranty (this information is based on the date and proof of purchase). The standard warranty period is 1 year (there may be exceptions according to local regulations).
Try to take out batteries for about 48 hours. After that put fresh batteries in. Beware! This operation will erase all data from your calculator and reset the calculator back to the factory settings! Test the calculator and see that it works.
If the problem still persists, perform the reset, keyboard tests and internal tests procedures for your calculator.
If the calculator appears faulty after all these steps or did not pass some of the tests, please contact reseller. You can return the calculator to the service centre with date and proof of purchase. Your calculator will be repaired or replaced.
