Hi, I can launch connectivity kit but cannot see any calculator content. I'm guessing it finds the calculator because with it unplugged I get a message saying can't find the calculator.
The updater programme appears to do nothing at all.
    Can you help please?
I'm using Windows 10, version 1709 by the way.

I had the same problem (on windows 7). Update succeeded with standalone updater (www.hpgraphingcalc.org/hp39gii.html). Be sure to check the readme file. After update the connectivity kit sees the calc. Good luck!

Hi Rovamel, Thanks for your reply. I found a Win 7 (64-bit) computer and after many attempts was able to complete a firmware update. At that point the connectivity kit (running under Win 7) could see 39GII content but I could not save any changes to the calc. As the calc was a bit unstable (needed battery removals) I reformatted it. Stability much better now but still unable to save changes to calc content. I went back to my Win 10 computer and now I can change the calc's content and able to do a simple backup/restore, albeit manually! Putting all of the above aside; although I prefer RPN entry I do rather like the HP 39GII OS and programming language. (Reply)

I managed to download it completely at a previous occasion (but I get similar errors to now too). Please email me on bart_at_barend.plus.com and I will email it to you. (remove underscore & replace at with symbol).
