Q: My HP 17 B II suddenly stopped working today (nothing displayed on the screen). I tried to change the batteries, but it did not help. This calculator does not respond no matter which button I press.  Could you urgently let me know what's wrong with this calculator and how should I do?  Qirong.

A: Hi Qirong, Could you try removing the batteries from the calculator for 10 minutes and then replacing it back.   This will give a chance for the calculator to flush it memory.  Educalc.Net Webmaster
