It is an algebraic ONLY calculator. If you want an RPN calculator you need to buy an Hp33s (Which is selectable & approx $50 retail US).
For about $30 more (in the US) you can buy an HP48Gii, but if you only want or need a scientific, the Hp33s is the only RPN available.
In reply to Robert: I looked at the picture of the HP30s Scientific calculator and can see an "Enter" key but no "=" key although the specifications below the photo say it is "Algebraic" entry. All of my calculators with and Enter key are RPN. Which is correct for this calculator - Algebraic or RPN or Both.. I need to buy on for school and prefer RPN. Please answer

This is a great calculator. I bought roughly 15 for my students last year and I dont regret it. I´m off Texas Instruments for my middle school classes for good.
