hold "on" button down and hit the "-" button to make the screen brighter, the "+" will make the screen darker. i hope this helps

I got HP 48G. The display is too dim. I download the manual from this site to see if it said about adjusting the display to be brighter. But I could not find it. Does anyone know how to adjust the display to get it brighter?

Try holding the [ON] button and press + or - key to change display contrast.
