Testing HP 17bII+ Keyboard

Here is a testing procedure to check all your HP 17bII+ works.  Press and hold [ON] button followed by [Soft Key 4], this will switch the HP 17bII+ into a diagnostic mode.  Press [3] to select KB or Keyboard test.  The screen darkens, now press the keys starting from the top left corner.  As each key is press, the a band of dark line disappeared.  At the end of the test, after you have pressed all the keys, the LCD should be clear.  Press and hold [ON] button followed by [Soft Key 3], to exit test.
