I can´t seem to see the contact email address of HP Singapore. I have a 16 year old 12C HP Calculator which I continue to use even today. The problem is the button for #4 sometimes does not connect unless you push a little harder. I wanted to have the calculator cleaned and or repaired. It´s working quite well except for that. The local distributor in the Philippines did not want to accept it for servicing and I had to search the web to find HP Singapore. Can you help me? It is not the money but I am fond of the old calculator. It has witnessed a lot of good deals for me in the past. Thanks, incidentally where in the your home page does it show how to contact you through the website???? Any helpful souls can forward this message to the Singapore distributor, much appreciated.
In reply to Ron Ross: Then why bring them back? If they were both junk why ask for the Hp20s to be returned to production?
(I suspect you felt the Hp30s was JUNK and NOT the Hp20s)
The new Hp33s is most similar to the discontinued Hp20s aside from an ugly keyboard. It has the more familar Hp keyboard feel and is also RPN algebraic selectable. It also costs a bit more than the Hp20s (although a like new Hp20s costs as much or more when you can find them). The Hp33s costs twice what the Hp30s Junk costs, proving you do get what you pay for.

In reply to Robert:
Please bring back the HP 20s.
I bought both the HP20s & HP30s some years back.
They were defective and not reliable; destroying HP´s market reputation. HP needs to improve on their products´ quality assurance and customer support.
