HP 20b Storage Memory Registers

HP 20b has ten calculation memories available for use during calculations. These memories are numbered from 0-9. To store numbers, press [Shift][STO]. To recall the stored number, press [RCL]. You can use the store and recall functions for these memories any time a number is displayed, or when you wish to enter a number.

To store a number in a memory:

  1. Key in a number.
  2. Press [Shift][STO].  With STO displayed on the top line, key in a number, 0-9, to identify the number of the memory register where you wish to store.

To recall a number in a memory:

  1. Press [RCL]. With RCL displayed in the top line, key in the number of the memory you used.
