Order Processing - Unless items are not in stock, all orders will be shipped within 72 hours by our channel partners upon receipt of your order. If item is not available, we will contact you immediately.

Payments - Our channel partners accept credit card payments via MasterCard or Visa . As mentioned above, Educalc.net encrypts transmission of this data using the SSL technology, and Educalc.net will only use your information for the purpose of processing your order, per Educalc.net's privacy policy.  Our Channel Partners will accept payment by credit card, local cheques, money order and telegraphic transfers for orders placed. All shipments will be fulfilled by our channel partners.
 
Shipping & Handling - All orders to countries within S.E. Asia will be shipped via Fedex. All in-stock orders are shipped within 72 hours upon receipt of order.  Deliveries to S.E. Asia will be based on Fedex quoted rates.

Taxes -  Orders received from SE Asia are subject to local customs, duties, taxes and fees, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. Educalc.net does not know the amount of these fees and have no control over their amount. Please note that the recipients will be designated as the importer of record, and that more information can be obtained from local customs authorities. Any additional costs associated with this shipment will be borne by the receipient, abiding all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are received.
