Hi John,
For an interest only loan, the FutureValue is the same as the PresentValue. For a P+I loan, the future value is 0.
The 12C handles both loans perfectly. Just input the appropriate amount as the FutureValue and you get either an InterestOnly or P+I loan.

Does anyone know if the 12 C figures out Interest Only payments for loans?? Please send me the procedures if you do, or tell me if it does not.
Thanks
John
