EDUCALC.NET is happy to be an appointed AIMR's distributor in the CFA Program in serving the needs of candidates in the fulfillment of Hewlett-Packard 12C financial calculators.

EDUCALC.NET strives to serve all candidates well and provide customer support in your purchase as best as we possibly can.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL CFA CANDIDATES

CFA Institute (AIMR) has designated the Texas Instruments BAII Plus and Hewlett-Packard 12C (including Platinum model) Calculators as approved calculators for use in the CFA examination. However, EDUCALC.NET is solely responsible for the calculators ordered from us. CFA Institute is not responsible for the availability or operation of any calculator ordered via this website nor does CFA Institute endorse, warrant or guarantee the products or services provided by EDUCALC.NET PTE LTD.

HP 12C ORDERING INFORMATION

VIA PHONE / FAX / E-MAIL / ON-LINE

Orders of HP 12C calculators through Educalc.net can be made via telephone, fax, e-mail and/or on-line.

(a) Telephone

Candidates can make their orders via telephone by calling our main telephone number : (65) 6744-2812 during office hours : Mondays to Fridays : 8:30am to 5:30pm We are closed on weekends and gazetted public holidays applicable to Singapore. Candidates are encouraged to order on-line after office hours and during public holidays.

Other than English, phone orders can be received in the following languages : Mandarin, Cantonese, Malay and Indonesian. All phone orders will be acknowledged and confirmed via fax. Orders will be promptly processed once payments are received.

(b) E-mail

Candidates who find it easier to order via e-mail, can choose to do so, by sending a note to weborder@educalc.net providing full contact details. All e-mails will be promptly acknowledged and confirming order/payment details.

(c) On-Line purchase

Very convenient to some candidates, would be to order on-line via our website www.educalc.net The on-line ordering system will provide you with easy instructions as how to order.

PAYMENT METHODS

The following payment methods are accepted for orders made with EDUCALC.NET. All payments are to be made in Singapore Dollars.:

(a) Cheques (Personal/company's cheques are applicable to Singapore only)

(c) Telegraphic Transfer
(d) Credit Card - Visa & Mastercard

SHIPPING

All orders made with Educalc.net must be paid in full before shipments are made. Payments must include shipping charges as appropriate. We will do our utmost to ensure that orders are shipped within 48/72 hours upon receipt of full payment.

Singapore Orders

All Singapore orders will be hand-delivered or self-collection from Educalc.net per choice of candidates.

International Orders

To ensure the safe delivery of our calculators to candidates, all International orders will be despatched via FEDEX Air Courier Service (vide Federal Express) - next day delivery after shipment has been despatched.

We have secured very competitive shipping rates for candidates utilising this service and offer tracking system of candidates' orders. We will however, provide alternative shipping mode ie via air parcel post etc at the request of candidates.

Pending on destinations, some orders may experience some delay in arrival due to countries import regulations/custom and tax clearance. Please be informed, that all import duties/taxes in candidates' home countries, are to be borne by candidates.

Damaged shipments :

All orders that arrived damaged at destinations must be made known to Educalc.net immediately. Please call (65) 6100-6682 for Calculator Helpdesk for assistance. Please keep all packaging and contents intact until speaking and receiving advice from Educalc.net.

BACK ORDERS

Educalc.net will do our utmost to ensure that stocks are available for fulfilling orders. However, if for any reason that back orders do occur, we will aim to ship calculators placed on back orders within 2 weeks after receipt of order and/or full payment. All orders will be invoiced upfront.

WARRANTY

All Hewlett-Packard calculators are covered with a one-year International Warranty from the date of purchase as shown in our invoice. Candidates should contact Educalc.net immediately should their calculators need attention in view of manufacturing fault.
