How do I switch from the built in 365 day interest rate to the 360 day year that some loans use?

I have been using HP10B with total satisfaction for the last 10 years or more. About 3 years back, I bought a new one as the older one was too worn out, though still functioning. However the newer one, in mint condition, is now malfunctioning. I have therefore just bought another one (my 3rd one)last week. The second (malfunctioning) one is still in too good a shape to be thrown away. I am prepared to pay reasonable repair charges. Can HP please help?

I just bought this calcualtor and I am given a printed receipt and the seller asked me to keep it and treat is as warranty.
Then do I still have to register? Is yes, how?

I am a Certified Financial Planner and Master in Financial Planning. I have been a lecturer and speaker in Financial Planning and Money Management and I have to present the calculation. I hope I can install the HP 10b calculator emulator onto my PC. Please kindly give your advice as to how I can download the emulator.

1.I was not able to register my 10bII calculator, what other way i can do? thanks!
2. i got old model 10B II was not fuction, where should send for repair?

I teach Finaicla analysis for the National association of Realtors and I am a great advocate of the HP 10BII.
I had been using the emulator in all my courses, China, Korea, Mexico, Brazil and now I will be doing in Spain and Portugal. However, i have requested the code to install a new emulator in my new computer and i have not been able to.
I completed the form on line last week, and i have been awaiting for a response. I am leaving for Spain on Monday May 21 and I need to have the emulator installed.
Would you please, help me?

I bought the HP 10B II+ yesterday. What can i say....excellent and sufficient for most requirements, except the plastic pouch that came with it. It should have been leather.
